EA FITNESS was designed to be a customized service for aiding seniors to maintain and improve their quality of life. The company has four divisions:

- Gentle nonstrenuous exercise for relaxation and improved balance

Mr. Eric Allen is a native of Washington DC and recent transplant to Florida by way of Greensboro North Carolina. Mr. Allen found his way to Greensboro North Carolina to attend college. At Greensboro College, he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science, Sports Administration Concentration. He obtained a Masters in Liberal Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Mr. Allen was initially certified by the International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA) as a personal trainer in 2000 and acquired additional specializations in core fitness training, advanced stretching, senior fitness specialist, optimal muscle training, and circuit training. Additionally, he maintains his Red Cross First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification.
Shortly after finishing his studies at Greensboro College he established EA FITNESS to service individual fitness needs. Mr. Allen subscribes to the theory of The Cognitive Triangle. Put simply one's thoughts prompts their feelings which in turn elicits actions. With the use of positive reinforcement to increase positive thoughts during functional training session’s individuals become empowered through feeling good about themselves. Once these feelings are developed positive actions such as eating clean, consistent exercise and encouraging others will emerge consistently. Mr. Allen believes that there are not obstacles that can’t be overcome hence the company motto "don’t let what you can’t do stop you from what you can do..."
